Recipe of the week 04/21



Chilli Con Queso Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
15 oz. can chili with beans
4 oz can chopped green chilies, undrained
1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high 30 minutes or until Cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Cover and cook on low 30 minutes to 1 hour more. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
Serve with corn chips
